We have twenty-one journeyman-level factory-trained service technicians, with varying levels of experience servicing or repairing not only Caterpillar engines, but many of the other popular major manufacturers of diesel engine systems as well. Each technician works out of one of our fleet of fully stocked and equipped 15 ton service vehicles. In fact, they take their trucks home at night, which enables us to dispatch service calls from virtually every corner of the bay area.

Capabilities range from smoke opacity testing and oil sampling to comprehensive engine diagnostics, tune-ups, complete in frame overhauls and repowers. Each shop is equipped with the latest in diagnostic tooling such as our strip chart recorders, boroscope inspections, reactive/resistive load banks and three Superflo chassis dynamometers for advanced testing using CAT's PAR system (Power Analysis Report). And each shop is manned by the best factory–trained service technicians dedicated solely to their specific area of expertise.
